How can I export a report?
Quick Reference
IntegrityCounts allows case managers to export individual cases as a secure, password-protected PDF archive. This is useful for sharing case details with legal counsel, HR leadership, or external auditors who do not have access to the platform.
How to Export a Case
Step 1: Open the Case
From the Case Manager Dashboard, click on the case you want to export.

Step 2: Click Export
In the case view, click the Export button (typically found in the top right area of the case).

Step 3: Receive the Export
The system generates a PDF of the full case and sends it to your email as a password-protected archive. The email includes the archive and a separate message with the password.

What Is Included in the Export?
- Case details (case number, report date, status, priority, location, department, case types)
- Reporter narrative and description
- Messages exchanged with the reporter
- Internal messages
- Investigation team and restricted managers
- Attachments
- Activity log
- Validation type and action type
Exporting Case Data in Bulk
If you need to export data across multiple cases (not just one), use the Export CSV feature from the Case Manager dashboard instead. See How Do I Export All My Case Data? and How to Export and Schedule Reports from Case Manager for details on bulk exports.
