After filing a report in IntegrityCounts, you can check on its status at any time by logging back into the platform using your case number and password.
How to Check Your Report Status
Step 1: Go to Your Organization's Reporting Page
Visit the same URL you used to file your original report. This is typically in the format: https://integritycounts.ca/org/[yourorganization]
Step 2: Click "Check a Report"
On the reporting page, select the option to check an existing report.
Step 3: Enter Your Credentials
Enter the case number and password you received when you submitted your report.
Step 4: Review Updates
Once logged in, you can see:
- The current status of your case
- Any messages from case managers (questions, acknowledgements, updates)
- Any attachments shared with you
You can also reply to messages and provide additional information from this same screen.
Email Notifications
