Manage Report Attachments

Quick Reference

The Attachments tab in IntegrityCounts provides a consolidated view of all files associated with a case. This includes documents uploaded by the reporter, files shared by case managers, and attachments added through internal messages or tasks.

How to View Attachments

Step 1: Open the Case

From the Case Manager Dashboard, click on the case you want to review.

Step 2: Click the Attachments Tab

In the left sidebar, click Attachments. All files associated with the case are listed here.

Managing Attachments

  • Download: Click on any attachment to download it to your device.
  • Add: Upload new attachments using the upload button. Files are scanned for viruses automatically.
  • View source: Each attachment shows where it came from (reporter submission, manager message, internal message, or task).

Attachments and Case Exports

When you export a case, all attachments are included in the password-protected archive. When you export case data via CSV, the export includes a Yes/No flag indicating whether each case has attachments, but does not include the actual files.
