You must login to IntegrityCounts to communicate with investigators about your report. If you dont have your login information, go to [this link] for more information on how to access your case details.

1. Sign in to http://app.integritycounts.ca

2. Click Messages in the left navigation menu

3. Click Create New Message in the top right of the page

4. Enter the message you wish to send in the text field; use the Upload button if you wish to send an attachment with your message.

5. Click Submit to send your message to the individual/s assigned to investigate your case. If you wish to save your message to send at a later time, click save draft; to review saved drafts, click Draft at the top right corner of the page.

6. You can reply, edit, or delete your message by click the corresponding icons below your message.

Your level of anonymity when communicating with investigators is based on the level of anonymity that you selected at the time of filing your report. Go to [this link] to learn more about how to protect your identity.
