Case Manager Dashboard: Your Guide to Navigating and Managing Reports in IntegrityCounts

This article will help you confidently navigate the Case Manager Dashboard, understand each column and feature, and manage reports effectively. You'll learn how to customize your dashboard, access full case details, communicate securely with reporters, and collaborate with your team—all while keeping investigations organized and traceable

Case Manager Dashboard

Now, let’s step into your case manager view—the heart of the IntegrityCounts system.

Upon login, you’ll see your dashboard: a table displaying submitted reports.

  • Each row represents a case and includes sortable, filterable columns like:
  • Case number
  • Submission date
  • Case type
  • Status (pending, responded, closed)
  • Assigned user
  • Tags
  • Priority level
  • Days open

You can customize your view by:

  • Adding or removing columns
  • Sorting by report date, priority, location, or department
  • Filtering for specific case types or statuses (e.g. “Pending”)

Click anywhere on a row to enter the case details.

Inside a Case

Inside a case, you’ll see all submitted information broken into categories:

  • Information – location, department, anonymity, contact details
  • Description – full case narrative and supplemental answers
  • Attachments – any supporting files uploaded
  • Case Summary – an internal field for your own notes or a quick synopsis

Tip: Fill in the Case Summary early. It helps you and your team skim and organize later, and it's available as a sortable dashboard column and exportable field.

You’ll also see:

  • Message Reporter – a secure channel for anonymous dialogue with the submitter
  • Internal Messages – notes only your team can see
  • Investigation Team – where you assign internal investigators
  • Activity Log – a timestamped history of every action taken
  • Export Case – download a full password-protected PDF copy of the case and attachments
