When filing a report through IntegrityCounts.ca, you can choose how much information to share. This article explains what each option means, how notifications work, and what happens if you forget your password.

Strictly Anonymous

• If you filed your report as Strictly Anonymous, this means:
• You did not provide any personal or contact information.
• You will not receive email notifications when the case manager responds.
• You will need to log in manually to www.integritycounts.ca every 24–48 hours to check for updates.
• Your username and password are the only way to access your case.

Important:
If you lose your password, you will not be able to reset it, since no contact information was provided.
In this situation, you will need to create a new case for your organization to continue communication.

Anonymous from Organization

• If you filed your report as Anonymous from Organization, this means:
• You may have entered your email address, but the organization cannot see your contact information.
• The organization will not see your name or email address.
• You can choose to receive email notifications when the case manager responds.
• If you lose your password, you can reset it using your email address.

This option lets you remain anonymous to the organization while still receiving updates and having access to password recovery.

Contact Information Provided

• If you filed your report under Contact Information Provided, this means:
• You included your name and/or email address in your report.
• The organization will be able to see your contact information.
• If you selected to receive notifications, you’ll also receive an email when the case manager responds.
• You can reset your password at any time using your email address.

This option allows for transparent communication and full access to notifications and password management.
