IntegrityCounts is built with enterprise-grade security to protect your report and identity. The platform is operated by Whistleblower Security, an independent third party, and is designed to ensure that your information remains confidential and secure at every step.

Security Measures

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and the IntegrityCounts platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.
• Encryption at rest: All case data, messages, and attachments are encrypted when stored on our servers.
• Independent third party: Whistleblower Security operates the platform independently from your employer. Your organization's IT department does not have access to the underlying infrastructure.
• Access controls: Only authorized case managers within your organization can view case data, and access can be further restricted using the Protect Your Report feature.
• SOC 2 Type II certified: The platform undergoes regular independent security audits.
• No IP tracking: IntegrityCounts does not log or track IP addresses of reporters.
• Tamper-proof records: Case data, messages, and activity logs cannot be altered or deleted by any user.

• If you are filing from a work computer, consider using a personal device instead
• Use the Protect Your Report feature to restrict specific individuals from seeing your case
• Be mindful of details in your report that could indirectly identify you if you wish to remain anonymous
• Save your case number and password in a secure location so you can check for updates
