User Roles & Permissions
Quick Reference
Your IntegrityCounts account supports an unlimited number of users across four distinct roles. Each role controls what a user can see, do, and receive notifications for within the platform. Assigning the right roles ensures proper access, accountability, and confidentiality throughout every investigation.

Oversees all incoming reports, assigns investigators, manages case outcomes, and accesses all reporting tools. The primary role for compliance program administrators.
Has full investigative tools within assigned cases, including messaging, attachments, and case updates. Cannot see unassigned reports, manage tags, edit summaries, or file by proxy.
Has the same core permissions as a Manager, but their notifications activate when a Manager is implicated in a report and automatically restricted from that case.
Access to Insights analytics and trend reporting without visibility into individual case details. Ideal for executives or compliance officers who need data oversight.
