How can we help?

Key Contacts & Subsidiaries

This guide explains how to complete the Key Contacts and Subsidiaries tabs in your IntegrityCounts setup sheet. These sections help us configure your platform so that your communications, portal dropdowns, and report routing reflect your company’s structure and brand.

Key Contacts:

This section identifies three main contact roles required in your setup sheet:

  • Data Controller – This is the individual authorized to request changes or deletion of data throughout your agreement with Whistleblower Security.

  • Primary Contact – The main person who owns the relationship with Whistleblower Security. This individual will be the first point of contact for all communications.

  • Accounting Contact (A/P) – The contact responsible for account payables, including renewal invoicing. This individual will be contacted for any finance-related follow-up.

These contacts do not need to be users of the platform, but they play an important role in your organization's relationship and communication with us. You may list the same contact for all three roles if preferred.

Subsidiaries:

Subsidiaries are the internal brands, legal entities, or divisions under your company umbrella.

When a report is filed, the reporter may be asked which entity they are reporting on behalf of. Listing subsidiaries ensures that your intake process aligns with your corporate structure.

Examples:

  • Division A / Division B
  • "ABC Manufacturing West" and "ABC Manufacturing East"

Best Practices:

  • Use names that are familiar to employees.
  • Keep naming consistent with what’s used internally and externally.
