How can we help?

What does the reporter see when they reply?

When a reporter responds to a message in IntegrityCounts, their reply appears in the Case Manager Dashboard as coming from “Reporter.”

This means:

  • The reporter’s name, email address, or any identifying information is never shown to you or your team, maintaining complete anonymity.
  • On your end, you’ll simply see “Reporter” along with the date and time of their message (as shown in the case view).
  • The reporter, in turn, sees your replies labeled as “Organization Rep.”
  • This two-way anonymous communication ensures both parties can exchange updates or clarifications while preserving confidentiality and audit transparency.

Internally, the system tracks which team member sent each message — visible only to authorized users through the Activity Log — for compliance and accountability purposes.

In short:

  • Reporter’s view: sees replies from Organization Rep
  • Manager’s view: sees replies from Reporter
  • Audit trail: internally records which user sent each message for internal reference only
