Account Activation and Expired Links
This article explains what happens when your activation link expires and how to fix it.
Account Activation Time Limit
When you receive an activation email from IntegrityCounts, the link inside is valid for 24 hours.
If you try to activate your account after 24 hours, you will see an “Invalid Token” or “Link Expired” message.
What Does “Invalid Token” Mean?
This message simply means the activation link has expired — not your account.
You can still activate your account or reset your password yourself.
How to Fix It
- To reactivate your account:
- Go to www.integritycounts.ca
- Click Login in the top right corner.
- Select Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address.
You’ll receive a new password reset link, which also reactivates your account. Once you reset your password, you’ll be able to log in as usual.
