The File by Proxy feature in IntegrityCounts allows users to file a case on behalf of someone else. Its a great way to capture case data for those reports that are submitted by other methods, like by email or in person. 

To File by Proxy:

• Click File by Proxy on the top right of the IntegrityCounts page
• Click in the text box to open the drop down and select the relevant company
• Follow instructions in [link - how to file a report] to complete the process of filing a report
• Be sure to provide the login name and password to the reporter (provided after filing a report) so that the reporter can login to follow up on the status or their report and communicate with investigators.
