How can we help?

Does my name appear when replying to a reporter?

When you reply to a reporter in IntegrityCounts, your response is displayed to the reporter as coming from “Organization Rep” — not your personal name or email address.

This protects confidentiality and ensures that all communication appears professional and anonymous from the reporter’s perspective.

Within the Case Manager Dashboard, however, your message will show under your username, which is typically your email address. This visibility is for internal audit and accountability purposes only. It allows authorized team members to see who sent which message and verify activity in the Activity Log.

So, while internal users can see which case manager or investigator replied, the reporter will only ever see the neutral label Organization Rep.
