If you are having difficulty logging into your account, make sure that your Firewall is not preventing you from accessing IntegrityCounts. To check if there is a Firewall problem, make sure that your browser has IntegrityCounts as a whitelisted website and that it is not a blocked URL.
If you are using a Windows based system, open the Internet Options application. Within the application, click on the Security tab and select Trusted Site. Add the URL to the list of trusted websites, and then click apply.
