I forgot my login details. Can I still get information about my case?

IntegrityCounts is committed to protecting the identity of reporters. For this reason, we’re unable to recover any account details for reporters who may have lost their login credentials.

If you wish to follow up about the status of your report or communicate with investigators about your case, you can file a new report online at https://app.integritycounts.ca or by visiting your company landing page.

When filing a new report, mention that the same report has already been filed previously and that you wish to receive an update about the original report. Investigators will be able to track down your original report and send a message via your new report to provide you with an update.
