How to Add or Remove Tags

Case tags are a quick way to add a unique identifier to a series of cases so that relevant cases can be found more easily and special case trends can be identified in Insights. Case tags can be found under the case header on every navigation page. 

Case tags

To add a tag to a case:

  • Click on a case row to open a case
  • Click ‘+ Add Tag’ just below the case header
  • To use an existing case tag select the case tag from the drop down menu; to create a new tag enter a new case tag in the text box and select ‘create [ABC]’ in the dropdown menu

To remove a case tag click the ‘X’ icon on the right of the relevant case tag.
