Can I delete a message or attachment?

Yes, attachments and messages can be deleted from IntegrityCounts’ Messaging feature.

1. Login to https://app.integritycounts.ca
2. Click ‘Messages’ in the left navigation menu 
3. To delete a message click the garbage can icon below the message you wish the delete; or to delete an attachment click the edit icon below the message with the attachment you wish the delete, hover over the attachment and click the garbage can icon next to the attachment.
