- From your browser, visit https://app.integritycounts.ca
- Click ‘Forgot your password?’ at the bottom of the page
- Select to use your ‘username’ or ‘email’ to reset your password
- Enter your username or email and click ‘Submit’
- If you have registered account with the login name or email entered, then you will receive an email to reset your password.
If you are already logged in, and simply want to change your password:
1. Login to https://app.integritycounts.ca
2. Click the profile icon in the top right menu
3. Click 'My profile' in the drop down
4. Once you're on your profile page, click the settings icon in the top right menu
5. Click 'Change password'
6. Enter your old password
7. Create your new password and click 'Update password'
