Can I change my contact information after filing a report?

Once you’ve filed your report you are not able to change your contact information.

However, you can use the ‘Messages’ feature to communicate with investigators and notify them of any changes to your contact information.

1. Login in to https://app.integritycounts.ca

2. Click ‘Messages’ from the left navigation

3. Click ‘Create new message’

4. Enter your message and click ‘Submit’
