How to Manage Columns in Case Manager

You can adjust case columns to display or omit data based on your preference. To edit what columns display in case manager:

  • Login to http://app.integritycounts.ca
  • Click ‘Columns’ in the top right to open the drop down
  • Click on the arrow icons beside the relevant category (ie. Details, Description, Investigation, or Actions) to open up the drop down of subcategories

  • Check the subcategories you wish to display and uncheck subcategories you wish to hide from view

To sort columns click on the arrows icon in the column header. This will sort the column alphabetically or chronologically. If you click the sorting function a second time it will reverse the sorting order.

When a column sorting function is active, one of the arrows in the sorting icon will be highlighted blue.
