Task Assignment is a feature that allows users to create and manage a list of tasks required for an investigation to be completed.
Tasks can have descriptions, assigned due dates, statuses, and can also be assigned to users to complete. Users can also upload comments along with attachments so that all relevant information and documentation can be found in one place.
Follow the steps below to create a task:

Login to https://app.integritycounts.ca

Click ‘Task Assignment’ from the left navigation menu

Under ‘Task Assignment’ enter the task title in the text box, click ‘Add’ and the task will appear below

Click on the task title to open the task and complete the task information

Enter the task description and click ‘Save’

You can update task assignee, status, and due date from the task row in the Task Assignment page. Click to the drop down menu of the value you wish to change and select a new value. Click the save icon on the right of the task row.
If you wish to delete a task, select the delete icon on the far right of the task row.
